LAYING THE FOUNDATION STONE FOR A NEW BUILDING AT RAMAKRISHNA VIDYALAYA
8th Gemunu Watch located in Batticaloa under the 231 Brigade of 23 Division in the AOR of Security Force (East), organized a laying of the foundation stone for a new building at Ramakrishna Vidyalaya on 27.01.2015 with the participation of Mr. Gnanapirigasam- the Principal of Ramakrishna Vidyalaya, Mr. N.Dayaseelan- Divisional Education Officer, Mr. Sirinesan-Deputy Director Education, CO of 8 GW, other officers and OR’s. GOC of 23 Division, Mr. Rukmal Bandaranayake -Senior Human Resources Manager of AIA Insurance Lanka PLC and Mr. K. Sathyanadan-Director of Zonal Education Office were participated for the occasion as the Chief Guests. The financial contribution of Rs.6,000,000 was provided by AIA Insurance Lanka PLC to construct the building.
