KATINA POOJA AT MAILANKARACHCHI SRI MAHINDARAMA TEMPLE VALAICHCHANAI
With the guidance of Chief Incumbent Rev Katugasthota Mahindalankara thero, the annual “Katina Pinkama” of the Mailankarachchi temple was successfully conducted on 12 & 13 November 2016 under the patronage of all officers and other ranks of 233 Brigade and its under Comd Bns. The annual “Katina Pinkama” commenced with a Bodhi Pooja followed by a Colourful Perahara, Pirith Sajjayana, Consecration of Katina Cheevara and concluded with Alms Giving to Maha Sanga.
