GOC 23 INFANTRY DIVISION VISITED ARMY BASED HOSPITAL MINNERIYA

Major General S A Kulatunge RWP RSP USP psc, General Officer Commanding of 23 Infantry Division took time off and visited the Army Based Hospital on 23 Jan 2023 to inquire about the infrastructure and medical facilities of the hospital complex.

The General Officer Commanding of 23 Infantry Division arrived at the Army Based Hospital, Minneriya and received by Major K V G Madusanka, Acting Officer Commanding of Army Based Hospital, Minneriya. After introducing the medical staff of the hospital, the Acting Officer Commanding conducted a comprehensive briefing on current infrastructure facilities, medical facilities and administration issues of the hospital.

After the briefing, the General Officer Commanding inspected the hospital premises and spoke to the soldiers who are undergoing treatments for various illnesses and inquired about their well-being.
