23 Infantry Division troops bade farewell to the outgoing General Officer Commanding (GOC), Major General S A Kulatunge RWP RSP VSV USP psc, in a formal ceremony on Monday (June 05) at the 23 Infantry Division HQ premises.
Firstly, 6 Gajaba Regiment troops saluted the outgoing GOC in a Guard Turnout at the entrance. After he was accorded a Guard of Honour by 6 Gajaba Regiment troops. Adding memories to the day, he was invited to pose for a few group photographs, conduct a troop address and interacted with the troops during an All-Rank tea.
On 06 June 2023 a gathering of Staff Officers, Senior Officers, Officers and other ranks of the 23 Infantry Division formed a street line and bade adieu to the outgoing General Officer Commanding Major General S A Kulatunge RWP RSP VSV USP psc.
