EDUCATING TEENAGERS ON \"YOUTH AND LOVE\"
Teenage school children around Welikanda area and young Army troops served under 23 Division had a chance of listening to a lecture under the theme of Youth and Love. As per a concept of GOC 23 Div Major General DDUK Hettiarachchi RSP USP ndu psc, a consultant from Human Empowerment, Mrs Rathna Pushpakumari conducted two lectures for young crowd in Welikanda area and Army troops in 23 Division at Welikanda Maha Vidyalaya. on 21 February 2016. rnrnAround 700 Army personnel and 300 school children attentively took part in the arrangement and interacted with the lecturer towards the end of the event.rn
