Under the directions and guidance of Commander 231 Infantry Brigade Brigadier Dilupa Bandara insect killer machines were donated to the Little Sister of the Poor elders' home on 04 June 2023. An entertainment event also conducted with a snack and tea with the elders of the elders home after the donation.
04 insect killer machines were donated to the elders' home total worth of the machines were Rs.76000.00. The item were donated by and Mr. Nishanthan from United Kingdom and Singing Fish Lions Club at Batticaloa. For the event Brigadier Dilupa Bandara, Comd 231 Inf Bde, Civil Affairs Officer 231 Inf Bde, CO 4 GW, ASP - Batticaloa, HQI - Batticaloa, the presented of Singing Fish Lions Club and troops of 231 Inf Bde were participated.
