An Organic fertilizer distribution programme was organized for Farmers in Kiran GN Division on 29 March 2022, at Kiran Agrarian Centre in Batticaloa District under the directions of the Ministry of Agricultural.
The Secretary to the State Ministry of Agricultural, Mr M N Ranasinghe, GA in Batticaloa district, Commander 231 Infantry Brigade, Brigadier Dilupa Bandara, Additional Secretary, Mr Mahesh Gammanpila, Additional Secretary to State Ministry of Agriculture, Mrs P Malathee together with agrarian and agriculture officers in the Batticaloa District participated in the event. Troops belong to the 4th Battalion the Gemunu Watch were attended the event.
