Under the guidance of Commander 231 Infantry Brigade, Brigadier Vijitha Hettiarchchi, lunch packs were distributed for poor people living in Batticaloa Town, Kattankudy, Eravur and Ariyampathy on 08 June 2021.
Troops of 4 GW and 11(V) SLSR battalions conducted the programme by distributing the lunch packs at above mentioned areas.
The effort made by the troops during ongoing travel restricted period was highly appreciated by the persons while receiving the lunch packs.
