DISTRIBUTION OF DRY RATION AND MEAL PACKETS TO 200 FAMILIES AFFECTED BY THE FLOODS

Under the guidance of Commander SF(E) and the Commander  23 infantry Division, and in accordance with the directions of the Commander 232 Infantry Brigade and the Commanding Officer of 12th Battalion Sri Lanka National Guard, a dry-ration distribution program for  200 families  was conducted under the patronage of the Commander, 232 Infantry Brigade, Brigadier T K D Dharmasena RWP, RSP. The Civil Affairs Officer of the 232 Infantry Brigade and the Second-in-Command of the respective battalion also participated.

The event was held on 7 December 2025 at 1200 hr in piramadathiv village. About 200  families residing in the PulakaduGramaNiladhari Division area were befited  and 02 x 10 troops from the unit was participated for the event. It was  sponsored by the Lions Club Batticola and 19   members from the said lions club also participated.
