An awareness programme and distribution of face masks were conducted in 231 Infantry Brigade on 22 Oct 2020 on its importance and necessity with the spread of the CORONA Virus. The programme was launched by 4 GW and 11 (V) SLSR troops with guidance of Commander 231 Infantry Brigade. Police, AMCOR and Lions Club and civil authorities gave support for the success of the programme.
In addition, face masks were provided for the civilians and advice was given on the importance of wearing face masks.
