Due to the adverse weather conditions that affected the island, the Sri Valliamman Kovil located within the area of responsibility of the 11 Sri Lanka National Guard had become unclean following the heavy rainfall experienced in recent days. Accordingly, on 15 December 2025, by 1000 hours, with the participation of the 01 x 10 o 11 Sri Lanka National Guard carried out cleaning operations and restored the Kovil to its normal condition.
