As per the direction by Maj Gen SAAL Perera RWP RSP USP ndu IG, Commander Security Force (East), a lecture on ‘Emotional intelligence†was conducted at SFHQ(E) by Mr H Abdul saththar – Registar at South Eastern University of Sri Lanka on 21 Oct 2014. 40 x officers serving SFHQ(E) AOR were attended for the Session.
