On the concept of the General Officer Commanding 23 Infantry Division, Major General Shewanth Kulatunge and under the guidelines and supervision of Commander 233 Infantry Brigade, Brigadier Wasantha Hewage and Commanding Officer 6th Bn Gajaba Regiment Major Lasantha Ratnayake organized a blood donation programme collaboration with blood bank Batticaloa.
The programme was conducted on 02nd March 2023 at HQ 6th Bn Gajaba Regiment, Navalady and 80 soldiers belongs to HQ 23 Infantry Division, HQ 233 Infantry Brigade and 6th Bn Gajaba Regiment donated their blood and Staff members of Blood bank Batticaloa branch attended to this occasion.
