COMPLETION OF A NEW HOUSE FOR BENEFICIARY IN RAJAWEWA

Under the guidance of Major General S.A. Kulathunga RWP RSP VSV USP psc, Commander of the Security Forces – East and Major General P.A.M. Peiris RSP USP psc, General Officer Commanding 22 Infantry Division, troops from the 5 Sri Lanka Artillery (SLA) successfully completed the construction of a new house for a beneficiary in Thalgaswewa, Rajawewa on 7 August 2024.

The newly constructed house was vested in the beneficiary by the Commander of the Security Forces – East. Financial support for the project was generously provided by Mr. Santhush Weeraman. Additionally, five cows were donated to selected low-income families as part of the program.

Senior Officers, Officers, government officials, Other Ranks and villagers participated in the programme.
