Under the guidance of the Commander Security Forces (East), Major General P. R. Pathiravithana, USAWC, psc, and the close supervision of the General Officer Commanding the 22 Infantry Division, the 6 (Rft) Sri Lanka Armoured Corps, deployed under the 223 Infantry Brigade, conducted a community welfare program as part of their civil affairs activities.
On 09 May 2025, the troops of the 6 (Rft) Sri Lanka Armoured Corps organized a cleaning program at the Central Ayurvedic Dispensary in Gomarankadawala.
To ensure the success of this welfare initiative, senior officers, officers, and other ranks actively participated in the event.
