Commander Security Forces (East), Major General J.S.B.W. Pallekumbura RWP RSP ndu psc, visited the Kandakadu Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre to inspect the security arrangements, administrative procedures, and the overall rehabilitation process.
Senior staff officers from the Security Forces Headquarters (East) also participated in the visit.
