The Commander Security Forces (East) Major General Nandana Senadeera WWV RWP RSP USP ndu, visited 12 (V) SLA and 17(V) SLLI battalions under command to 23 Div on Wednesday, 31 May 2017.\r\nOn arrival, the visiting Comd SF (E) was accorded with formal Guard Turnouts at the entrances of both Bn HQs and thereafter he was warmly welcomed by the Commanding Officers.\r\nDuring the visits, the Comd SF (E) planted mango saplings to mark his presence to 12 (V) SLA and 17 (V) SLLI battalions followed by all ranks tea at both venues. \r\nGOC 23 Div Maj Gen Dammika Pananwala RSP ndu, Comd 232 and 233 Bde too accompanied the Comd SF (E) during the visit. Before leaving, the Comd SF (E) left complementary remarks in the visitors’ book in respective Bns.\r\n\r\n
