The Commander Security Force (East), Major General Aruna Jayasekera had a courtesy call with District Secretary (DS) Ampara Mr. D M L Bandaranayake at the District Secretariat Ampara during a field visit to 24 Division on Wednesday (19).
The Commander had cordial discussions with the DS Ampara on timely issues pertaining to the Ampara District and insisted the need to have an effective communication and a close coordination among government authorities and Security Forces to contribute towards achieving the sustainable development goals of the area.
