CLEANING OF THE PUBLIC WELL IN THE ERALANKKULAM AREA THAT HAD BECOME CONTAMINATED DUE TO FLOODING

Due to the adverse weather conditions experienced across the island in recent days, the public well in the Eralankkulam area became contaminated as a result of flooding. Under the guidance of the Commander of the 232 Inf Brigade and the Commanding Officer of the 12th Battalion Sri Lanka National Guard, and under the full supervision of the Second in Command of the 12th Battalion Sri Lanka National Guard, 1 × 10troops from the unit was deployed on to clean the well on 4 Dec 2025.
