231 Brigade of 23 Division Security Forces (East) area, provided refreshments and school amenities for 38 x children at Mencafe Preschools Thiraimadu in Batticaloa on 01st October 2015 to mark the World Children’s Day. 01x12 Army personnel were participated for this event.
