On vigorous information received from Military Intelligence, troops of 3 (V) Military Intelligence Corps in liaison with Infantry troops, Police and STF conducted several raids and captured a large consignment of illegal drugs during 01 January 2022 to 12 August 2022.
During these raids, the troops captured a large number of illegal drugs including Ice drugs, Heroin, Kerala Ganja, Illicit Liquor, Tablets, Abin drugs, Cannabis and Illegal Cigarettes as indicated.

Suspected persons and the vehicles with illegal drugs were handed over to the respective police stations for further investigations.
Commander, Security Forces (East) together with Divisional Commanders and Brigade Commanders closely monitor above raids and that will uplift the confidence of general public over military.
