BODHI POOJA ORGANIZED BY THE 22DIVISION TO COINCIDE WITH THE NAWAM FULL MOON POYA DAY

To coincide with the Nawam Full Moon Poya Day, under the guidance of the General Officer Commanding 22 Infantry Division, Major General Samantha Silva, 22 Division conducted a Bodhi Pooja at the Sri Vijayangarama Temple at 22 Division Headquarters on 26 February 2021.

Ven. Trincomalee Ranhelagama Aksha Dhakshi Thera conducted the religious observances and invoked blessings on the troops engaged in the fight against COVID-19 pandemic in the Trincomalee district and appreciated their invaluable services rendered at this critical moment. General Officer Commanding, 22 Infantry Division, Staff Officers and Other Ranks also attended for the occasion.
