A blood donation programme was organised at the Security Forces Headquarters - East (SFHQ-East) under the guidance of Major General S.A. Kulatunge RWP RSP VSV USP psc, Commander of SF-East, to mark the Sri Lanka Army's 75th Anniversary on 02 October 2024.
The medical team from Batticaloa Hospital provided full support to ensure the success of the event. Over 120 Officers and Other Ranks serving at SFHQ-East volunteered to donate blood, making the programme a significant success on this special occasion.
