Batticaloa District coordinating committee for prevention of COVID - 19 pandemic assembled at the District Secretariat Batticaloa on 22 February presided by the District Coordinating Officer for prevention of COVID -19 pandemic in Batticoloa District, Major General Nalin Koswatte RWP RSP the GOC 23 Infantry Division.
GA Batticaloa, DIG Batticaloa, Additional GA Batticaloa, Commander 231 Infantry Brigade, Director Teaching Hospital Batticaloa and several officials attended the conference as stakeholders to discuss matters pertaining to prevention of COVID -19 pandemic and it was a great opportunity to discuss and find solutions for ongoing COVID 19 pandemic situation in Batticaloa district.
