ASSISTANCE PROVIDED TO CIVILIANS DISPLACED BY ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS AT KOTTIYARAMAYA (GALKANDA TEMPLE) IN THE 22 INFANTRY DIVISION AREA

Troops of the 15 SLLI unit of the 22 Infantry Division, operating under the 22 Infantry Division Security Forces Headquarters (East), to provided food and other essential items to approximately 400 civilians displaced in the Kottiyaramaya (Galkanda Temple) area. This assistance was delivered in coordination with regional secretaries, and Grama niladari, and other civil authorities to ensure that the displaced people received the necessary support.
