ARMY FACILITATES DISTRIBUTION OF DRY RATION FOR TEMPLES IN BATTICALOA

Under the guidance of the Commander 231 Brigade Brigadier Vijitha Hettiarchchi, troops of 231 Brigade organized a programme to distribute dry ration packs and vegetables among needy temples in Batticaloa district on 03 June 2021.

This programme was carried out to facilitate for Pulinathalaramaya Temple and Punnakuda Punnaramaya Temple in Eravur.

Commander 231 Infantry Brigade Brigadier VMN Hettiarchchi, CAO 231 Infantry Brigade and CAO 24 Division joined with the distribution programme.
