With the direction of Commander 243 Infantry Brigade Brigadier KMUP Kalupahana USP psc a well-cleaning programme was conducted on 06 December 2025 from 0800 hrs to 1400hrs with the participation of 01 x 10 troops from 243 Infantry Brigade. During the programme troops cleaned 03 x public wells located at the KalladyNakapuram, Uppodai area(GR 005798)had been extensively used by the local community during the recent adverse weather conditions and the cleaning effort was carried out to ensure the continued availability of safe drinking water for affected residents.
