A workshop has been organized at the Headquarters 24 Division on 01 May 2020 in order to educate the Army troops serving in the 24 Division on the fast spreading 'Corona Virus'.
As such, with the invitation of the General Officer Commanding 24 Division Major General Chinthaka Gamage, a team of experts from Medical Office for Health Samanthurai headed by Dr. Kabhir conducted an awareness programme on symptoms, prevention and precautionary measures relating to COVID -19 with a view to ensure the health and safety of the Officers / ORs of 24 Division.
