233 Infantry Brigade of the 23 Infantry Division under command to the Security Force Headquarters – East donated dry ration packs for 20 families in Telingu village in Welikanda Sewanapitiyaon Friday (25).
The event was coordinated by the Commander 233 Infantry Brigade, Colonel Wasantha Hewage under the supervision of the General Officer Commanding 23 Infantry Division, Major General Nalin Koswatte and the Commander Security Force Headquarters – East, Major General Channa Weerasuriya.
The Commander 233 Infantry Brigade attended the distribution of those dry rations among needy families in the Welikanda Sewanapitiya area.
Commander 233 Infantry Brigade, Senior Officers, and civilians of village attended the programme.
