233 BRIGADE TROOPS ORGANIZED A DONATION PROGRAMME IN WELIKANDA
233 Brigade organized a community welfare project in Muthuwella village on 13 October 2017 under the auspices of Most Venerable Thripitakawedi Burusegoda Wijithananda Thero to mark his 72 birthday. The project comprised of donating school items for 72 students of Muthuwella Vidyalaya, commodities for 16 needy families in Muthuwella, items required for 06 pregnant women in Muthuwella village and household equipment for a needy family in Kadawathamaduwa. This commendable deed was initiated by 18 SLNG and organized by 17 (V) SLLI. Venerable Burusegoda Wijithananda Thero and fifteen monks attended the ceremony.
