Headquarters of 233 Brigade has contributed to construct a Toddlers’ park in Mankerni under the guidance of Commander 233 Brigade Colonel Anil Samarasiri and it was carried out in line with the series of community-oriented programmes organized by the Security Force (East).
This was an initiative aimed at supporting education of children by providing facilities to enhance their skills related to sports and personality development. The park was ceremonially opened and handed over to church authority by the Commander 233 Brigade on 05 January 2019. Children and around 50 parents attended this occasion.
