23 DIVISIONS CONDUCTED BASIC ENGLISH LANGUAGE COURSE FOR THE NON COMMISSIONED OFFICERS WHO HAD BEEN COMMISSIONED AS OFFICERS
1. The shortage of officer carder had been fulfilled by a considerable number of non commissioned officers during the humanitarian operations. Their contribution as junior leaders had been a great impact for the success of the operations. It is worth mentioning that many of them made a supreme sacrifice in the battle field for the sovereignty and the territorial integrity of mother Lanka.However it was observed that the standard of English knowledge of above mentioned officers are needed to be improve the expected stranded sanders of and officering.\r\n\r\n2. Therefore annual training calendar of the SFHQ (E) had been designed specialty to catena the such requirement. The same training programme counting with 22, 23 and 24 Divs to fulfil the training need.\r\n\r\n3. In view of above, organizing and conducting of first training session is tasked to 23 Div. First Basic English Language Course for above mentioned officers is scheduled for 30 working days from 21 March 2016 to 27 April 2016. The course was designed to concentrate only on basics of English Language there were total number of 16 x officers participated in the course.\r\n
