Under the CIMIC programmes of 22 Division, troops of 2nd (V) Battalion of the Gajaba Regiment under 221 Brigade took part in two separate programmes to clean the temple premises of Sri Bodhipadaparamaya, Gemunupura" China Bay, Trincomalee on 22 November and the coastal belt of Maniyavel, Trincomalee on 29 November.
Meanwhile, the troops of 6th Battalion of Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment under 221 Brigade participated in cleaning the premises of Primary Medical Care Centre Thiriyaya on 26 November 2019.
