In response to a request made from Commander Security Force (East) by Ven. Dewagala Hemanthalankara Thero the Chief Incumbent of Bandanagala Sri Subhadrarama temple Dimbulagala, the troops of 2 (V) SLSC provided their assistance to complete the paintings of Pagoda, Cloud Shaped Dyke, Shrining Room, Bodhi Dyke and Campanile under the directions and guidance of Major General Channa Weerasuriya, the Commander Security Force (East).
The Chief Incumbent invoked merits to Commander SF(E) and all who got involved in this worthy cause including troops of 2 (V) SLSC in order to make the temple premises more colourful.
