2 SLCMP TROOPS DONATE SCHOOL AND SPORTS ITEMS TO SCHOOL STUDENTS

Troops of 2 SLCMP under the Forward Maintenance Area (East) together with Sihas Foundation organized a ceremony to donate a Photocopy Machine, Computer, necessary school items and sports equipment to students of Polonnaruwa Madudamana Model Primary School on Saturday (20), as requested by the Principle of the school.

On the request of Commanding Officer 2 SLCMP Lieutenant Colonel R Withanaarachchi USP, the photocopy machine was donated by Mr. Salinda Niroshan Wijesinghe a founder and chairman of Sihas foundation.

Officers, other ranks of 2 SLCMP, president and members of Sihas foundation, principle, teachers and students of Polonnaruwa Madudamana Model Primary School and parents participated in the occasion.
