On 05th February 2024, Providing lunch and sanitary items for 15 elders at the Sarana Elder home – Uththalapura, Dehiaththakandiya, Organized under the guidance of the Commander of the SFHQ (E) and General Officer Commanding 23 Infantry Division. The event was executed with active involvement of the 12th Battalion Gemunu watch which falls under the command of 231 Infantry Brigade. The program was organized by the 12th Battalion the Gemunu Watch. The commanding officer and 05 x 10 troops of the 12th Battalion the Gemunu watch engaged with the event and the event was executed with Musical entertainment and the distribution of lunch and sanitary items to 15 elders on behalf of the 76th Independence Day
