A Christmas Day gift donation programme for the children of Kurukkalmadam area in Batticaloa District was organized by troops of 11 (V) Battalion of Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment under the directions of the Commander 231 Infantry Brigade on 25th December 2021.
The donation programme was held in line with the Christmas Day with the support of Mrs Shiromi Maskorale, Head of Sustainability and Corporate Communication in Hemas Holding PLC.
The Commander of 231 Infantry Brigade, Brigadier Dilupa Bandara, the Civil Affair Officer of 231 Infantry Brigade, Lieutenant Colonel Manjula Dharmawardane, the Commanding Officer of 11 (V) Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment, Major Manjula Udayakumara together with the troops of 11 (V) SLSR participated in the event.
