Troops of the 11 Sri Lanka National Guard under command to the 241 Infantry Brigade carried out a Sharmadana campaign at the Divisional Hospital premises- Irakkamum on Thursday (26).
This programme was conducted on the directions of Major Dhammika Weerasinghe, Commanding Officer of 11 Sri Lanka National Guard.
