In line with 75 Anniversary of the Sri Lanka Army, 3rd Battalion Sri Lanka National Guard troops of the 122 Infantry Brigade in the 12 Infantry Division under the Security Force Headquarters – Central constructed a new house for a needy family at Sella Kataragama with Army coordinated sponsorship and vested it to the beneficiary family on 06 August 2024.

Coinciding with the 75th Army Day, the troops of 19 Sri Lanka National Guard (SLNG) constructed a house for a needy family residing in Laxapana. The new house was vested in the beneficiary on 16 July 2024 during a brief ceremony by the chief guest, Major General B.K.G.M.L Rodrigo RSP Psc IG, Commander of Security Force - Central, amidst Pirith Chanting.
