The Seva Vanitha Branch of the Corps of Engineer Services (CES) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 29 August 2025 at the Regimental Headquarters, Panagoda. The event was graced by the presence of the President and other office bearers, senior members, and members of the branch.
Under the compassionate leadership of Mrs. Anupama Rathnayaka the Honorable President of the CES Seva Vanitha Branch, the 4(V) Engineer Services Regiment carried out a financial donation program through the CES Seva Vanitha Branch on 18th August 2025.
In line with its anniversary celebrations, the 7(V) Engineer Services Regiment conducted a Gift Voucher Distribution Programme on 05 July 2025 at the unit premises in Athurugiriya.
In an effort to promote health education, the Seva Vanitha Branch of the Corps of Engineer Services (CES SVB) organized a Breast Cancer Awareness Programme on 25 June 2025 at the Regimental Headquarters, Panagoda.
In celebration of the Vesak Festival, the Seva Vanitha Branch of the Corps of Engineer Services (CES SVB) organized a Dansela on 12th May 2025 which was held at the CES Welfare Shop premises in Panagoda.
The Seva Vanitha Branch of the Corps of Engineer Services (CES) proudly celebrated the academic achievements of the children who successfully passed the Grade Five Scholarship Examination 2024. In a heartfelt gesture of appreciation and encouragement, these young achievers were presented with school accessories to support their continued educational journey.
The Seva Vanitha Branch of the Corps of Engineer Services (CES) extended a generous hand to the National Institute of Mental Health, Sri Lanka, through a compassionate donation to the Halfway Home, Mulleriyawa. This meaningful initiative was spearheaded under the guidance of Mrs. Anupama Rathnayaka, President of the CES Seva Vanitha Branch, along with the support of Mrs. Aruni Chandrasekara, Vice President of the Branch.
Seva Vanitha Branch of the 10(V) Engineer Services Regiment (ESR) marked a heartwarming occasion by distributing school supplies and gifts to a child of S/10S00477 Cpl Athula Kumara MHM on 2nd April 2025.
The members of the Corps of Engineer Services Seva Vanitha Branch (CES SVB) paid a heartwarming visit to the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), Mulleriyawa on 14 March 2025. The visit, organized to extend care and support to the patients at the institute, was led by Mrs. Anupama Rathnayaka, the President of CES SVB, alongside Mrs. Aruni Chandrasekara, the Vice President. The event was marked by acts of kindness and generosity, which brought joy to the patients and staff alike.
The Engineer Services Central Workshop successfully carried out a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project at Homagama Base Hospital under the supervision and funding of the Seva Vanitha Branch of the Corps of Engineer Services on the 13th and 14th of March 2025.
