SUPPORT TO BLOOD DONATION CAMPAIGN

A blood donation campaign organized by the Blood Bank of Ampara General Hospital was successfully conducted on 06 April 2026 at the premises of the Ampara General Hospital.

The programme was conducted under the supervision of the General Officer Commanding, 24 Infantry Division, Major General WMNKD Bandara RWP RSP USP ndupsc, and with the guidance of the Consultant Transfusion Physician of the Ampara District.

A total of 38 troops from the 24 Infantry Division Headquarters participated in the programme and contributed towards the success of the event.
