WORKSHOP ON ENGINEERS SERVICE PROCEDURES AIMED AT ENHANCING THE KNOWLEDGE OF OFFICERS AND SOLDIERS OF THE 23 INFANTRY DIVISION

As per the directive and guidance of Major General W.P. Kariyawasam, the General Officer Commanding of the 23 Infantry Division, a workshop was convened to enhance troops' understanding of Engineers Service Procedures across Infantry Brigades and Battalions. Held on 25 October 2024 at the lecture hall of 23 Infantry Division Headquarters in Punani, the workshop included a lecture delivered by Major U.G.B.S. Abeygunawardhana, Officer Commanding of the 31 Squadron corps of Engineer Services.

The workshop held with the participation of senior officers, officers, and other ranks within the 23 Infantry Division. Lechture include the critical topics such as the Role and Tasks of the Corps of Engineer Services, Marching In and Out Procedures, and Barrack Damages and Procedure.
