COMMANDER SECURITY FORCES (EAST) VISITS LOGISTICS COMMAND - EAST

Major General S.A. Kulatunge RWP RSP VSV USP psc, Commander, Security Forces - East, paid a courtesy visit to the Logistics Command Headquarters - East and its under-command logistics Battalions on 03 July 2024. The visit aimed to inquire about the troops' wellbeing and address ongoing administrative matters.

Brigadier W.M.S.N. Wijekoon ndc AATO, the Commander of Logistics Command - East, warmly welcomed the visiting Senior Officer followed by Guard Turnout by the troops. To commemorate the visit, the Commander planted a sapling on the premises and posed for a group photograph with the attendees.

Following this, the visiting Commander participated in an administration conference and addressed the troops. He emphasized the importance of maintaining camaraderie among the troops while performing their duties in the Army. Additionally, he visited the under-command logistics Battalions, interacting with Officers and Other Ranks.
