16 SRI LANKA NATIONAL GUARD BATTALION TRAINING COURSE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED

The Battalion Training Course conducted by 10X268 for the 16 Sri Lanka National Guard Battalion was successfully completed at the Battalion Training School, Poonani, under the 23 Infantry Division, from 27 October 2025 to 18 December 2025.

Accordingly, the valedictory ceremony was held at the Battalion Training School, Poonani, under the patronage of the Commander, Security Forces Headquarters (East), Major General J.S.B.W. Pallekumbura RWP RSP ndu psc. During the ceremony, certificates were awarded to meritorious students, and the valedictory address was delivered by the Commander, Security Forces (East).

Senior Officers, Staff Officers, instructors of the Battalion Training School, the Commanding Officer of the 16 Sri Lanka National Guard, as well as Officers and Other Ranks, participated in the valedictory ceremony.
