A distribution of school accessories was taken place at Galeaarawa Vidyalaya in Monaragala on 06 January 2020. This donation was organized by 121 Brigade of Security Forces (Central) with the financial assistance of Caring Hearts Sri Lanka. In order to facilitate 202 students of poverty stricken families in Galeaarawa Vidyalaya, Koongaspitiya Vidyalaya and Barawaya Primary school in Siyabalanduwa. The Brigade Commander of 121 Brigade, Brigadier N C Somaweera RWP RSP USp also participated in this event.

A tree planting programme was conducted in Porppitiya Grama Niladhari division in Ududumbara on 31 December 2019 by Arunaloka Foundation in Kengalla Viharaya. Responding to a request made by the organizing committee from the General Officer Commanding of 11 Division, one Officer and twenty five soldiers of Sri Lanka Rifle Corps contributed to make this event a success.

An All Rank get together was organized by the 11 Division of Security Forces (Central) on 28 December 2019 at the premises of Gregory Lake in Nuwara Eliya. For this, General Officer Commanding of 11 Division, Major General W G H A S Bandara RWP RSP ndu participated in along with the Brigade Commanders of 111 and 112 Brigades and the Commanding Officers of the Under Command Units. Moreover, the families of the Officers and Other Ranks had also been invited for this function.
