The Gajaba Regimental Centre organized a colorful Farewell Dinner Night on 03 of November for its proud members, Major General Champaka Ranasinghe (Rtd) RWP RSP, the former Deputy Chief of Staff of the Army, Brigadier Janaka Udowita (Rtd) RWP RSP the former Commander of the 121 Infantry Brigade and Brigadier Janaka Withanachchi (Rtd) RWP USP the former Director, Management and Maintenance at the Colombo Army Hospital.
As a part of rich tradition of the Regiment the Farewell Dinner Night was organized in a dignified manner in order to pay respect, gratitude and to appreciate their distinguished service rendered to the Gajaba Regiment, to the Sri Lanka Army and to the Country as a whole. The Dinner Night was arraigned by the guidance of Commander of the Army, Colonel of the Regiment of Gajaba Regiment and Sri Lanka National Guard, Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage RWP RSP ndu and under the close supervision of the Centre Commandant, Brigadier Wishwajith Vidyananda RWP RSP USP.
The Dinner Night was hosted by Members of the Regimental Council and executive members of the Gajaba Seva Vanitha Branch, the Centre Commandant, Deputy Centre Commandant, Senior Officers and Officers along with their spouses.
