Five days workshop conducted for NCOs on 25 to 30 November 2019 at the Gajaba Regimental Center, to enhance the conceptual skills and knowledge for “Strategic Corporals” in the Army. The lecture sessions were conducted by the Staff Officers, and Guest Lectures.168 NCOs took part to the workshop to followed important lectures on Mess Etiquette, Team Building, Mission Command, Leadership, Decisions Making, Managing life with income, Time Management, Present and Future Security, Challengers of Sri Lanka Army, Civil and Police powers and Technology Development.
