The " Keterian Symposium - 2020" has been conducted as the first ever two - day symposium for junior leaders of Gajaba under the theme of 'Leadership Through Emerging Management Thoughts' commenced from 3 to 4 September 2020.
It was initiated under the direction of the colonel of the regiment and with the guidance of the centre commandant and conducted by the number of army and civil lecturers.
The " Keterian Symposium - 2020" is designed to the ranks Lt & Capt and comprised of carefully sequence sessions, audio - visual presentations activity based participant - oriented group discussions.
