GAJABA WON THE SECOND PLACE AT INTER REGIMENTS PRACTICAL RIFLE SHOOTING CHAMPIONSHIP - 2018

The Gajaba Regimental Firing Team was Runner up at the Inter Regiments Practical Rifle Shooting Championship – 2018, which was held at the Diyatalawa Firing Range from 28 May 2018 to 02 June 2018.

The Prize Giving was held on 05 June 2018 and several other individual achievements of our shooters are:

Overall 5th Place (Open) - L/CplThusitha Kumara LWRN

Overall 7th Place (Open) - Sgt Abeywardana TOACK

The Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Army Major General Dampath Fernando RWP RSP USP psc, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and several other Senior Officers were present at the occasion. The Regimental Officiating Centre Commandant Colonel Harendra Peiris RWP RSP USP was also attended at the Prize Giving.
