GAJABA SEVA VANITHA UNIT VISITED WAR HEROES AT THE ABHIMANSALA 3

President of the Gajaba Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs Sujeewa Nelson together with its members made a visit to Abhimansala at Pangolla on yesterday (04).

Lt Col Sujeewa Perera, the Commandant of the Abhimansala 3 welcomed the President and other members upon thier arrival and during the visit the Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Army and the Colonel of the Regiment of the Gajaba Regiment and Commando Regiment Maj Gen Shavendra Silva WWV RWP RSP VSV USP ndc psc also joined hands to look into the well-being of the inmates. The President and other members of the Gajaba Seva Vanitha Unit distributed gift parcels to inmates and the day's programme was culminated with a musical session performed by the differently able war heroes.

The Deputy Centre Commandant-GR, Col Mahinda Rajapakshe RWP RSP USP, Vol Coord GR, Col RMH Jayathissa and other officers were also present at the event
